Jocelyn Renaud

A Partner at Raymond Chabot since 2003, Jocelyn Renaud joined the Québec City insolvency team in 1991 and has been working as a licensed insolvency trustee since 1997. His assignments primarily involve Québec City region companies that need to restructure in accordance with the provisions of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (proposals and bankruptcies) and the Companies’ Creditors Arrangements Act (R.S.C. (1985), ch. C-36). He generally acts on behalf of business managers while working with financial institutions and institutional investors.
