His numerous accomplishments include commercial bankruptcies, proposals and receiverships. His years of practice have enabled him to develop expertise in various sectors, including construction, real estate, retail sales and service entities.

Mr. Bourassa-Milot has participated in a range of assignments that encompasses notices of intention, proposals, recovery, analysis of the lender’s situation regarding assets assigned as security and asset realization in areas such as retail sales, service entities, physicians, dentists, restaurants and construction.
