Philippe Côté

Philippe Côté has been working in corporate recovery and reorganization since 2009. He has wide-ranging experience in recovery and business management. His assurance, financial management and interim management experience helped develop the versatility and flexibility that are so highly sought in recovery and consulting. His analysis and summarizing abilities, communication skills and team spirit are his greatest strengths.

Mr. Côté has undertaken numerous recovery and insolvency assignments, including analyzing companies in financial difficulty, developing restructuring and provisional administration plans, such as assignments for government departments regarding companies operating in the area of new residential building guarantee plans for the Régie du bâtiment du Québec. His areas of expertise include agri-food, automobile, construction, distribution, waste management, manufacturing, guarantee plans, optometry and retail sales.
