Réjean Bouchard

A partner in the Recovery & Reorganization Group since 1990, Réjean Bouchard has been in charge of the insolvency practice for the Laval-Laurentides region since 2005 and has over 30 years of experience with the firm.

A tireless worker, Mr. Bouchard is recognized for his leadership and professionalism. He is highly disciplined and has strong listening skills. His extensive experience includes bankruptcy, consumer proposal, interim receiver, receiver, wind-up, business analysis, financial restructuring and due diligence assignments. His special expertise includes realizing assets, collecting contested amounts and investigations.
