Vianyka Aschkar

Passionate about languages, Vianyka Aschkar studied education and linguistics. When she was just 19, she founded a language school. She went on to work as an interpreter and then as an administrative assistant at a company specialized in reorganization. Gradually, she rose through the ranks to become a financial recovery counsellor. Now an expert in her field, Vianyka says she is fulfilled by her profession, which allows her to improve the lives of people facing financial difficulties. This young person joined the Raymond Chabot team in 2023.

Vianyka’s approach is to take the time to fully understand her clients’ financial, personal and family situations so as to present them with appropriate solutions. She believes that active, non-judgmental listening is the key to building trust and restoring hope.

“Do it right or don’t do it.”

Despite the obstacles, Vianyka knows that there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. (What motivates her most about her job is being able to make a difference in someone’s life by guiding them every step of the way. And, to make sure her clients don’t repeatedly fall into the same traps, she is also committed to teaching them the most important basics of financial management.

To stay in good mental health, Vianyka likes to spend time with her family, travel and cook.
